Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted via Cloudflare Pages. When the website is accessed, technically necessary information may be processed, including the IP address, timestamp, requested URL, browser information, and request status data.

This processing is used to provide the website, maintain security, and ensure technical stability.

Image Processing in the Browser

StudCanvas is designed so that images are generally processed inside the user's browser. Permanent server-side image storage is not part of the core product concept at this stage.

Session Storage

For the technical operation of the website, temporary data may be stored in the browser, including the source image, preview data, and project or manual data needed for page transitions.

Analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is intended for evaluating technical page traffic. According to Cloudflare, Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use client-side states such as cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint individual users to collect usage metrics.

The analytics code will only be added in production after it has been configured in Cloudflare. If another analytics tool is used later, this privacy policy will be updated before it is used in production.

Google Ads / Google AdSense

Future monetization through Google Ads / Google AdSense is planned for StudCanvas. Before production rollout, the legal and technical requirements for consent and data protection will be reviewed and this privacy policy will be updated accordingly.

Using Google Ads / Google AdSense may involve the processing of personal data and the use of cookies, local storage, or similar technologies.

Consent

Where consent is required for advertising or for storage that is not technically necessary, processing will only take place after the user's choice in the consent or CMP dialog.

For Google AdSense in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a suitable Google-certified consent management solution must be reviewed and integrated before production use.
